The Baroque Days invite you to dance! Experience a glittering party in the magnificently illuminated garden of Waldegg Castle
Even in the days of the ambassadors, Waldegg summer palace with its wonderful gardens was a place of enjoyable festivities and merrymaking. With a Bal champêtre, the Solothurn Baroque Days bring the time of baroque festivities back to life.
Accompanied by live music, the dance group Danza Antica will lead the party to the dance floor. Join us for the most popular dances from the 18th century. Stroll through the festively illuminated gardens of the Waldegg to cool off in the pleasant evening air.
A small buffet with delicious dishes prepared by the chefs of the Hôtel de la Couronne will provide refreshment between the dances.
In case of bad weather, the event will take place in the barn at Waldegg Castle.
